Last year, B brought me to Shashlik Restaurant and we really liked the cosy & homely feel there as mentioned in my BLOGPOST last year.
So this year, he brought me there again & we decided that its gonna be a yearly affair :)

Borsch soup and escargots; the soup was super yummy!
And I love their bread ttm, so soft so yummy!!!
And here's what I ate:

It's chicken breast (which I usually hate to the core), cooked drumstick style and the inside of this weird looking thing is filled with butter!!!! The moment I cut it from the bottom, all the butter came flowing out of the drumstick and onto my plate, gave me a huge shock!! And its quite tender, not as hard as compared to the usual breast meat!
I have no idea why I didn't take a picture of B's Beef Shashlik but according to him, its the best steak he has ever eaten!!! And personally, I don't know how to eat steak and don't take much beef but I gotta say its damn yummy!!!! All they have on the hotplate was a piece of beef, no sauce no nothing, just a piece of meat, but super duper yummy! Sides (Vege & potato salad) were placed on a separate plate. Oh, and everything was prepared right infront of you.
Then we had dessert. Last year was the ice-cream-cake-on-fire, this year we had Cherry Jubilee!

Another fire performance during dessert! The auntie was making the Cherry Jubilee right in front of us!

Here's me & my almost gone Cherry Jubilee!
A description of Cherry Jubilee I found online:
" Firstly, a pat of butter was melted in the pan, followed by the addition of dark sweet cherries and a splash of kirsch that ignited in flames. A dollop of cream was stirred into the sauce before the whole fiery concoction was ladled over icy vanilla ice cream. "
And this sums up our 2nd anniversary dinner! ♥
